Directly after the denouement of the Second World War the public began to believe that the world’s main values are simple and coherent . Both general politics and social relations were depending on the principles of progress , beneficial changes , confidence in the logical , understanding , technological innovations , and the knowledge of how to substantiate any happening from a rational standpoint . Notwithstanding , starting from the second half of the 60’s, the world has begun to degrade and currently , 40 years later , we dwell in a transformed kind of reality .
We easily notice all changes which are given us by new technology, but we seldom come to realize the fact that there are specific ideas which the author has put behind those inventions . The core of the future change was initially noticed by those people, who as a rule of thumb lived ahead of their time – philosophers and authors. Among the many authors whose books have served for entertainment , there have been a few who have given the planet a new vision . They have more effectively than others other people formed and formulated authentic thoughts and have finally molded a fresh intelligent and perceptual analysis of the future. They have noted challenges in the mundane of our lives and have unveiled a number of problems, which were dragging on without being spotted . They have aided us to become aware of the new challenges , and have given us new hope .

When the publisher has first agreed to bring out her book, she has given her 1500 pounds together with a kind piece of advice — to find a stable job. He was hesitant of the fact that the young author would be able to make a living off of writing books. Joann has showed the opposite - having published a series of amazing fairytales, she has made the so-called non-reading generation get back to reading.
